Eric Frank is a corporate leader with expertise in customer-driven business innovation and product development, global business development, organic growth, strategic leadership, customer-driven management, global market expansion, operational infrastructure, and more. As the Founder & chief executive officer of LightBox, he is guiding the company’s formation and transformation into the leading data and analytics platform for the commercial real estate sector. He is known for his ability to attract top talent, foster innovation, and galvanize organizations to surpass their corporate goals.

Previously, Mr. Frank was a managing director at DMGI and DMGT, where he oversaw a portfolio of U.S. commercial real estate information companies. Before that, he was a director at AGDATA, a provider of payment facilitation, information services, and software. He held several roles at Thomson Reuters, including president of an investment advisory division, and helped lead the integration of Thomson Financial and Reuters. Mr. Frank worked with a private equity firm to pursue the acquisition of a corporate services asset from Thomson Reuters and negotiated changes to the proposed deal structure, enabling an increase in bid value with no impact on returns.

Mr. Frank began his career at Morgan Guaranty, where he invented and built the ADR.com portal in the early dot.com era, delivering $12 million in revenues in just two years to position the company for an eventual $200 million sale to Thomson Financial. He serves on the boards of The TIE, Social Market Analytics, and the Risk Assistance Network & Exchange. He holds a bachelor’s degree in general studies from the University of Michigan. 

Albert Lojko, leads the business segments and commercial management of LightBox, a data and technology company that serves the commercial real estate, government, telecommunications and related industries.  With a tenure spanning over 20 years, Albert created numerous high growth businesses by articulating a compelling vision and assembling accomplished teams that deliver market leading products.

Having joined the LightBox executive team in 2018 as the Chief Operating Officer, Albert has played a pivotal role in propelling the company’s expansion and shaping of the business. Under his leadership, LightBox has evolved into a foremost data and analytics platform, setting new standards in the industry.

Previously, Mr. Lojko was an executive vice president and the head of global corporate solutions at Ipreo. Before that, he held several roles at Thomson Reuters, including global head of open platform technology strategy, where he was responsible for defining and delivering technology and capabilities to support the company’s open platform business model. As the global head of desktop in the Financial & Risk division, Mr. Lojko was responsible for product strategy, product development, design, and user experience for Thomson Reuters Eikon and all other desktop and mobile products, including Accelus and Thomson ONE. He led a team of more than 1,200 global employees. Earlier in his career, he was a managing director in the equities business at Tradeweb. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political economy from Tulane University.

Tom Mann is a seasoned financial executive with a strong record of building high-performing teams, leading complex transformations, and delivering strategic value across diverse and high-growth global businesses. As Chief Financial Officer at LightBox, he oversees all aspects of the company’s financial strategy, operations, and planning, with a focus on enabling long-term growth, pricing transformation, and the company’s evolution to a unified platform.

Mr. Mann brings deep expertise in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), M&A integration, financial modeling, and automation strategy. Prior to joining LightBox, he served as Senior Vice President of Global FP&A at a $2.7 billion payments technology firm. There, he led the company’s first global FP&A function, integrated multiple acquisitions, and implemented planning and automation tools that enabled more efficient, data-informed decisions. His work over his tenure at WEX supported finance teams across the U.S., UK, Brazil, and Australia, and included oversight of investor messaging, accounting, and customer incentive programs.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Mann held leadership roles across WEX’s Global Travel, Fleet, and Corporate Payments businesses. He was instrumental in delivering upwards of $40 million in post-acquisition synergies following the purchase of eNett and Optal, and in renegotiating strategic contracts that outperformed revenue expectations. He began his career at Jaguar Land Rover in the UK, in finance roles supporting product innovation and broad cross-functional investments.

Mr. Mann holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne.

Eric Bollens is a senior technology executive with more than a decade of leadership experience in the real estate, environmental, education, energy, and compliance sectors. His work straddles the intersection of business and technology, focusing on developing strategies, platforms, and teams to solve core business challenges with technical solutions. As the chief technology officer at LightBox, he leads the company’s engineering and product management groups in the development of a single platform for customers to access LightBox’s data, workflow, tools, and analytics.

Previously, Mr. Bollens was the senior vice president of engineering for location products and data platforms, working on the unification of LightBox’s data assets and the development of its next-generation data platform. Before joining LightBox, he was the chief technology officer of CloudCompli and a lead architect at UCLA’s Office of Information Technology.

Mr. Bollens has won the California EPA’s Data Innovation Challenge, the IMS Global Learning Consortium’s Leadership Award, and was a two-time gold winner of the University of California’s Larry L. Sautter Award for Innovation in Information Technology. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Jorge Santos is a seasoned product management executive with more than two decades of leadership experience successfully delivering market-leading data and analytics platform solutions. As the Chief Product Officer at LightBox, he is responsible for driving innovation, shaping the product roadmap, and overseeing the go-to-market strategy for the company’s full suite of data, workflow, and platform products. His broad technology expertise includes leveraging advanced technologies, such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, and analytics, to create scalable, user-centric solutions.  He will be instrumental in leading the launch and release of the LightBox flagship product connecting the broader CRE ecosystem. 

Before joining LightBox, Mr. Santos held senior leadership roles at the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), where he spearheaded the strategic development of analytics platforms powered by AI and cloud technologies, including a groundbreaking $10 billion partnership with Microsoft. His prior experience also includes leading product management teams at Refinitiv, Thomson Reuters, and Bloomberg, where he focused on developing cutting-edge financial platforms, APIs, and cross-asset analytics solutions for global markets.  

Mr. Santos holds a master’s degree in finance from ESCP-EAP in London, a master’s in business from EGADE, and a bachelor’s in electronic engineering from ITESM. A passionate advocate for open-source innovation, he is the creator of Cufflinks, a Python library for data visualization, and has contributed to initiatives in fintech and AI. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his family, exploring new cultures, and experimenting with emerging technologies. 

Katrina has built a 20+ year career leading marketing, brand, and demand generation across global advertising agencies, SaaS companies, and data-driven businesses. She specializes in helping complex, information-rich organizations clarify their story, build distinctive brands, and turn marketing into a predictable growth engine.

Most recently, Katrina served as Chief Marketing Officer at GoldenSource, a global enterprise data management provider for financial institutions, where she led a major brand and product repositioning, modernized demand generation, and tightened alignment between marketing, sales, and the board. Prior to GoldenSource, she was CMO at SBI Growth Advisory and Suzy, where she scaled marketing teams, launched new brand platforms, and built integrated campaigns that drove pipeline and revenue. Earlier, she was VP, Global Head of Brand, Content, Digital & Paid Media at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group), the world’s first expert network, where she built and led GLG’s inaugural global brand marketing organization across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

Katrina’s leadership is grounded in extensive advertising experience at agencies including Bartle Bogle Hegarty (BBH), RAPP (Omnicom), AKQA, Accenture, and Y&R, where she led integrated campaigns for brands such as Verizon, Visa, Gilead, BrightHouse Financial, and The Trade Desk. She holds degrees in Arts and Business from the University of Auckland.

Dan DeMarco leads all customer experience functions at LightBox, including Customer Success, Support, Professional Services, Fulfillment, and Revenue Operations. He is passionate about developing strong, diverse teams who build customer loyalty and deliver a market-leading experience. As LightBox continues to build new and innovative real estate solutions, he continues to evolve the service model to help customers achieve their business objectives with LightBox solutions.

Before joining LightBox, Dan held several leadership positions in his 10+ years with the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) and Thomson Reuters. At LSEG, he most recently led the transformation of the global Customer Success organization, achieving significant improvements in customer retention, loyalty, and satisfaction. He also held several key operations and finance leadership roles throughout his tenure.

Earlier in his career, Dan spent several years at PwC, advising clients in the financial services and media industries. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business & Economics and a Master’s Degree in Accounting & Information Analysis from Lehigh University.

Paul Vogt is the general counsel and company secretary at LightBox, where he is also a vice president and a member of the executive committee. He has management responsibility for the company’s legal, compliance, acquisition, contracting, and corporate secretarial functions. 

Previously, Mr. Vogt was the general counsel, North America, for the Daily Mail & General Trust. Prior to that, he was a partner in the New York office of Morgan, Lewis & Bockius. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Fordham University and a juris doctor degree from Harvard Law School.  

Caroline Stoll is a passionate and results-driven leader at LightBox, serving as the General Manager of Data and Analytics. She is responsible for the strategic growth and commercial engagement of LightBox’s data and platform services. Caroline empowers professionals across Commercial Real Estate, Technology, Infrastructure, and Government sectors to utilize high-precision data and advanced tools to enhance business intelligence, drive growth strategies, and improve workflow efficiencies.

Leveraging two decades of expertise in technology sales, business development, and customer success, Caroline is a proven and accomplished senior growth leader. Her experience spans startups to large enterprises, working cross-functionally with Technology, Product, Legal, Finance, and all internal growth stakeholders. Known for her ability to bring emerging technologies to market quickly, she is savvy in the complete Cloud ecosystem, including SaaS, PaaS, Data, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Caroline has an extensive customer and partner ecosystem and is a passionate networker. Previously, as Vice President of Sales and Partnerships at LightBox, she led a team of over 50 individuals, achieving a remarkable 281% growth in subscription data sales in 2022. Her outstanding contributions were recognized by Globe Street, naming her one of the “50 under 40” leaders in commercial real estate.

Caroline is known for her energy, authenticity, and proven ability to build and lead successful teams, develop strategic partnerships, and negotiate complex contracts. Her expertise spans both mature and emerging technologies, making her an invaluable asset to LightBox and its clients.

Wade Collins serves as the Senior Vice President of Accounting at LightBox, where he oversees the company’s accounting operations. In his role, Wade partners closely with senior leadership to optimize financial operations, enhance data integrity, drive strategic initiatives and enable the company’s continued evolution as a unified, scalable platform.

Wade brings nearly two decades of experience in accounting and financial leadership to LightBox. Prior to joining the company, he was Vice President of Accounting at WEX, Inc. where he led global accounting operations across the U.S., Europe and Australia, playing a key role in streamlining and integrating the global accounting function, leading various process improvement initiatives and M&A integration. Earlier in his career, he served as Corporate Controller at Simoniz USA and as a Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he supported clients across diverse industries.

Wade holds a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance and Accounting from Bentley University and a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Connecticut. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Connecticut and has also served as an adjunct professor of accounting at Nichols College and Elms College.

Andy Leibman is an accomplished executive with over 20 years of experience in the real estate and financial information sectors. He currently leads the Due Diligence business at LightBox, overseeing the Lender and Valuation, Environmental Due Diligence (EDR), and Property Zoning (PZR) segments. Under his leadership, these areas have experienced substantial growth, driven by his strategic vision, focus on the customer experience, and driving revenue growth.

Prior to LightBox, Andy served as Chief Operating Officer at DedicatedEmails, LLC, managing operations for a digital ad agency specializing in lifestyle, finance, and political newsletters. Before that, he was a key member of the executive team at Trepp, LLC, where, as Senior Vice President and Head of Global Sales, he played a pivotal role in establishing the company as a market leader by overseeing revenue growth, marketing, client support, and corporate development.

Andy holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Rhode Island and studied International Finance at the American Institute of Foreign Study in London. He resides in New York with his wife and two daughters.

Manus Clancy joined LightBox in January 2024 to spearhead the development of innovative tools for the commercial real estate industry. Leveraging LightBox’s proprietary data and a seasoned team of data scientists and product specialists, Mr. Clancy aims to uncover and enhance the use of extensive data sets. His efforts are poised to drive significant productivity gains for lenders, brokers, and money managers, while also improving portfolio management, lending, and risk mitigation outcomes.   

In his previous role at Trepp, Mr. Clancy played a crucial role in envisioning, developing, and bringing to market numerous innovations over his 30+ year tenure. He was the visionary behind TreppWire, a daily commentary essential for over 3,000 CMBS professionals, influencing CMBS trading and valuations. Mr. Clancy also developed the Bank Navigator product line, a critical stress testing platform used by major US banks, and oversaw the construction of Trepp’s Default Model, a key tool for CECL calculations and CRE stress testing.   

As the manager of Trepp’s Modeling Team, Mr. Clancy led the development of industry-leading CMBS and CRE CDO calculative models for a decade. He was instrumental in building Trepp’s daily CMBS/CDO pricing service and played a pivotal role in the implementation of the TALF program for CMBS with the New York Federal Reserve Bank. Additionally, Mr. Clancy recorded the TreppWire Podcast, amassing over a million listens with more than 200 episodes.   

Mr. Clancy was part of the founding team at Trepp, helping grow the startup to a nine-digit valuation. Beyond his professional achievements, he contributed to the academic community as an Adjunct Professor and Lecturer at Clemson University. He graduated from Dartmouth College.  

With over 20 years of expertise in HR and Operations, Susan Hotchkiss has been helping companies harness the full power of one of their most valuable assets – people. Susan is a results-oriented leader who provides strategic HR leadership in talent management and M&A activities. She is dedicated to creating robust corporate cultures that promote continuous business growth and customer loyalty by empowering and motivating employees to realize their full potential.

As Vice President of Human Resources at LightBox, Susan is responsible for all aspects of human resources. She spends much of her time aligning HR strategies with overarching business goals, which have resulted in considerable increases in productivity, safety, compliance, quality of service and employee engagement.

Most recently, Susan served as Vice President of Human Resources at Pequot Capital Management, Inc., where she spent over nine years driving HR strategy and leading the development of core employee programs. During her tenure, she transformed HR into a proactive function that played a crucial role in achieving key business results.

Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Rhode Island. If you can’t find Susan at work, you’ll find her somewhere outdoors with her dogs and husband in tow!

Karen Colburn serves as the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at LightBox, where she is instrumental in managing and optimizing the company’s financial performance. In her role, Karen oversees the development and implementation of budgets and forecasts, while analyzing key business metrics and KPIs. She collaborates closely with senior leadership to monitor financial performance and ensure the precision and effectiveness of financial models and reporting systems. Additionally, Karen works with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and drive overall business effectiveness.

Karen brings extensive experience in financial planning and strategy to her role. Prior to joining LightBox, she was the Director of Sales Finance at High Ridge Brands, where she played a key role in advancing sales and marketing strategies. Her earlier experience includes serving as a Finance Manager at The Estée Lauder Companies, where she honed her skills in global financial performance management. Karen holds a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance & Accounting from Bentley University and an MBA from Fairfield University.
